Time for a change

The great thing about change is that change is always possible. You have the power to change your situation, whether it is your career, your relationship, your eating habits. Change is literally one decision away.

Change for most though can be difficult. It promotes fear in us, a sense of insecurity or feeling overwhelmed which sometimes makes us question whether making a change is really a good thing.

I have outlined a few things below to know when it is time to make a change...

You live in fear. You are scared of change, you are afraid of what others will think or say, you are afraid to "rock the boat". Risking nothing will gain you nothing. Life is about taking risks. To live your best life you will need to take risk and face those fears head on. Fear is an emotion that we have control of. Do not let one emotion take control of your life.

Your passion for life has gone. If you have lost your passion for life, if you are just "going through the motions" it's time for a change.

Life is meant to inspire you, to encourage and challenge you. Yes sometimes life will make you cry, but it will also make you laugh. Don't just settle for numb life, make that change!

When you settle. When you know in life you could do better. Have that better job, finding that someone that treats you well, get friends that inspire you and make you want to be better but yet you settle what the cards have dealt you. You settle because you thing you are not worthy. Let me tell you something...YOU ARE WORTHY! NEVER settle for anything less than the best. You deserve it.

When little lies start coming out of your mouth. "I am real happy.", "Everything is fine.", " I feel great." If you find yourself saying these things to everyone but feel that they are less true, then it's time to make a change. You have one life to live. Do not live it in a lie...

CHANGE IS ALWAYS POSSIBLE. MAKE THAT CHANGE TODAY!
